Project Management, as already mentioned, can be used both as a tool and as part of the company culture. In this regard, a consulting service can have the goal to create a PMO (Project Management Office), to assess which best practices are actually used in projects, to identify gaps and propose training paths to bridge them.
Training can cover the PMP® certification or a drill-down on specific issues. Training can be provided via classic classroom learning, or via blended learning, i.e. some e-learning and some classroom learning. This can be completed with dedicated support (helpdesk) to provide clarifications and/or answers to specific questions.
